RODEO: AKC Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs

We live in Oakhurst, CA, Southern Gateway to Yosemite National Park. Visits at this time are only at shows/events, listed below. 

Join our mailing list! We send occasional updates to our subscribers, especially breeding updates. Our primary "visit" opportunities in the near term will be at dog shows and events. We only offer home visits when we have a breeding in progress, to applicants that we are considering for a puppy from that specific current litter. Currently, after offering over 150 events in the last three years, we are taking a break from breed education to the public to recharge and be ready to start up again in the future.

We travel for shows throughout the US, mainly in western states. Only CA shows or near to CA are listed here. For appearances in other areas, e-mail us.

Most shows are added to this public list only 14 days prior to the show date, so check back regularly, or email us if you would like to connect at a show and we may be able to provide information on shows farther out than 2 weeks.

We suggest you look around the site, including our Puppy and Upcoming Breeding pages before reaching out, as we keep these pages 100% up to date and the pages answer many questions.

We receive a high volume of inquiries and prefer inquiries from prospective owners who have taken the time to review our website, current opportunities, and process.

We do not reply to text messages. We do not reply to emails that only say “do you have puppies” or “when is your next litter”.

We do not keep applications "on file" between litters. Application is posted at the Upcoming Breeding page if/when we are accepting applications. 

The question “when is your next litter” is ALWAYS answered at the pages above.
